Rhododendron Insigne

All rhododendron plants are reproduced by scion or graft.
In the ‘60s and ‘70s just few varieties were cultivated and they had little flowers available in just  few colours. After introducing hybrids 20 years ago, we have selected the best hybrid varieties respectig these criteria: resistance and devolpment after transplant, heigh of the plants, colour of the leaves, sprouts, and in particular, flowers’ colours. Using the graft reproduction technique solves all the problems of roots development, so we are now able to get  healthy and robust plants which maintain all the features of their varieties.
